Cycle tourism routes in Normandy

Normandy has an exceptional cycling network, ideal for discovering the region at your own pace.

The Vélomaritime (EuroVelo 4), which passes close to the campsite, allows you to cycle along the Normandy coast in complete safety. Other signposted cycle routes take you through the Normandy bocage, historic sites and picturesque villages.

Our team will be delighted to advise you on routes suited to your level and interests, with suggestions for family tours, cultural loops or sporting itineraries.

Detailed maps are available at reception and our bike workshop is available for minor repairs.

If you're looking for a romantic getaway, Normandy is the place for you, with its picturesque landscapes and rich heritage.

Camping Reine Mathilde *** is ideally located for exploring the treasures of Normandy. Within a 30-minute drive, discover the major D-Day sites (Omaha Beach, Colleville American Cemetery, Arromanches Museum), the medieval town of Bayeux with its famous tapestry, the authentic fishing port of Port-en-Bessin... Nature lovers will love hiking in the Cotentin Marshes, the cliffs of the Pointe du Hoc or the wild beaches of Calvados. For families, there are plenty of fun activities on offer: animal parks, riding centres, accrobranches, water sports centres... A rich territory to explore during your stay!
