Frequently asked questions about reservations

When can I arrive and leave?

For rentals: arrivals between 4pm and 7pm, departures before 10am.
Pitches: arrivals between 2pm and 7pm, departures before 12pm.

Online via our website, by telephone, by email or directly at reception.

How much is the deposit?

30% of the total cost of the stay at the time of booking.

When is the balance due?

30 days before arrival for rentals, the day of arrival for pitches.

What deposit is required?

Mobile home: €400 for rentals (returned after inventory) and €80 for cleaning.

Pod: €100 for rentals (returned after inventory).

Other accommodation: €250 for rentals (returned after inventory) and €50 for cleaning.

Do you accept animals?

Yes, except categories 1 and 2, with a supplement of €4/day and up-to-date vaccination booklet. 

Do you offer cancellation insurance?

Yes, we offer optional cancellation insurance (4% of the total cost of the stay).

Are sheets and towels provided?

No, they are extra (can be hired on site) or you must bring them yourself. 

Is there a minimum number of nights required?

In high season (July-August), minimum 7 nights for rentals (arrivals/departures on Saturdays). In low season, short stays possible (minimum 2 nights).
